All Divisions require valid US Lacrosse membership.
Full Protective equipment requirement: A stick, helmet, shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves and mouth guard (player must provide their own stick and mouth guard). Protective cups are recommended for all players.
U-14 Recreation League Boys Lacrosse
Ages: Boys born on or after 9/1/2004
Dates: Sunday afternoons, March 10, 17, 24, 31 April 7, 14, 28 May 5, 12 (makeup)
Game times and location: 4pm-5:30 Hugh Macrae Athletic Fields #1, #2
Midweek team practice times and locations: Alderman Elementary School 6-7pm FRIDAYS
Cost $90 includes reversible jersey, coaches, refs, league supplies and administration

U-14 teams play 10 vs 10 games on a full field.
Emphasis is on the proper development of individual stick skills, team play, player safety, and sportsmanship.

The U7 Instructional Program is designed to introduce K through 1st grade boys to the sport of lacrosse. They will learn basic lacrosse concepts and skills through a series of drills and activities taught in a small group setting. The instruction and activity level is age appropriate and prepares young players for the U9 program.
